Policies and Disclaimers for Vinyl Me Now

-Shipping Info-
All orders will ship out within 3 business days. Order handling time starts the day after your order is placed. If you order Friday- Sunday, your order will be handled on Monday and Tuesday.
If your order has printed patterns it may take up to 4 business days for your order to ship because we print them in-house.
If we run out of something we will ship within 2 days of getting our shipment in from our suppliers. If this occurs, we will email you on business day 4 after your order was placed. We will also call you to see if you would like a replacement item.

Shopify will send you shipment confirmation once we have shipped your package. If you haven’t received your shipment confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder as it may have gone there. Also, sign up for the USPS informed Delivery to make it easier to know when your package arrives.

The day we print your label may not be the day your package ships. If we have already had our mail pick up for the day, it will be the following business day. Friday's packages that where packed and labeled after the mail has run will go out on Monday.

Our handling time doesn’t include transit time, it’s just the times that it takes for us to package and get your order ready. When the post office (or in some case UPS) gets your package scanned you will get an Estimated Time of Delivery. We know that you are on a tight deadline with your customers, but we are not responsible for transit times and will not refund your order because it took longer than you thought to receive it. We will always try to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, but sometimes things happen beyond our control.

Please make sure that your address is current and correct. If you are making a payment with PayPal please make sure you have your updated address. I can’t change your address after it's shipped. We will only ship to the address entered when you checked out via PayPal or our website. Our website prints the address you enter when checking out. I have no way of changing your address. If you need to change your address your order will be canceled and you will be refunded minus our cancellation fee. If it’s too late to cancel your order and we have already packaged your order but it hasn’t shipped you will be charged our cancellation fee and our restocking fee. If your order has shipped, there is nothing we can do. We recommend contacting USPS. If it gets returned to the shipper, we will refund your order minus what WE paid in shipping or you can pay extra to have your order mailed back to you with the correct address.

The Holiday season makes USPS have delays, we always ship in a timely manner but when our packages get handed off to the post office we have no control on how quickly they get shipped to you. Holiday times are worse, with the increase in packages and mail getting sent. Also with the current pandemic mailing times have slowed down. If you pay for priority, I can assure you when you get your box it will have a priority label on it. I unfortunately can not guarantee that it will make it in the 2-3 days, even if your label was printed as a priority 2-3 day label. I also always use USPS guide on when to ship by to receive by Christmas, but unfortunately in some cases I cant guarantee that happens. We try everything on our end to make sure that it does make it on time.

Returned to sender?

These are your choices, I can refund you minus what we paid in shipping & a restocking fee or I can invoice you via paypal and you can pay to have your item reshipped to you paying the full shipping amount.

Lost package?

We shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. is responsible for orders until they leave our facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. Sometimes USPS has delays and can take up to 2 weeks or so to deliver a package. A package isn’t lost until it has not been scanned for 7 business days. For more information on that or to file a missing mail claim

If your order is marked as delivered but you don’t see it, you will need to contact your local post office. If your order has arrived damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. See Damage Info For more information

Request to make a change or cancel an Order.

Once you have placed your order you have started the process of us getting it packaged and ready to ship to you, because of that there will be a $9.50 fee to cancel your order. If your order is not over the cancellation amount, you will not be refunded. If your order is packaged but waiting to be shipped you will have to pay the $9.50 fee plus a restocking fee of 20% of your total order including shipping. If your order has been picked up by the local post office, it's unable to be canceled. It doesn’t matter if your order is a couple of days old or just ordered a few moments ago, you will be charged the cancellation fee. We also have the right to make the final call on whether or not your order may be canceled.

We are open Monday- Friday 9 am-5 pm. Your order will be shipped within those hours.

Damage Info

If you have a large order of vinyl that is damaged or the box is in the horrible condition you need to file a claim with the shipping company. If you have received a few sheets of vinyl that isn’t perfect here is our policy-

If you want a refund for the damaged vinyl you will need to cut it in half and then cut it into 20 1 inch pieces. Send a picture beside something such as money, a ruler, or common household items so we can judge the size. You can send it to Facebook or our email,

If you want a partial refund for the unusable parts of the vinyl, we will use our best judgment on what the refund should be based on how much is still useable. We will not refund for bent corners or tunneling.

Other Disclaimers

We are not responsible for user error or machine malfunctions. Please reference your cutting machine instructions as to what settings you will need. We will not replace or refund vinyl that you cut to deep, not cut deep enough, forgot to mirror or mirrored when not needed (printed HTV).

When using our printed HTV, make sure you use HTV Transfer Tape. If it starts to lift on you take a squeegee and gently lay it back down before you cut. It will still cut, weed and print fine. We recommend storing the printed HTV rolled pattern side down or flat with the printed side down.

Please see our instructions in the description of every product.

Sometimes sizing on your sheets and rolls vary within a half-inch of the expected size. The rolls from our suppliers can vary and sometimes that causes the vinyl sheets we cut to be off by half an inch either too big or too small.

You are buying the vinyl as is. We take a lot of pride in our product to make sure your projects are amazing, but we are cutting a lot of it by hand and sometimes you can tell that on the edge of your vinyl. It will not affect the cutting ability of your vinyl.

We have the right not to honor any website glitches, past sales, or unused coupon codes.

If you place an order and pop over to Facebook or email and see a coupon code, we will not refund you the amount of the coupon code! We try to make sure everyone gets these codes, but after your order is placed no changes can occur, including adding a coupon/promo code to your order. However, if you are sad that you missed it I recommend subscribe to your emails and follow us on Facebook for up to date information.

Please know that we roll our vinyl to make shipping easier. That could lead to a few bent corners, that is to be expected but we try our best to make sure your order is wrapped with care. Please see our return policy for more information.

Did your order arrive with Tunnels? Tunneling is when the sticker vinyl and the paper backing are expanding and contracting at different rates. It’s worse during the winter months. If you unroll the sticker vinyl and see tunnels you will need to peel up the vinyl and lay it back down on the paper backing, start with one side, lift and lay back down slowly. You can use a squeegee to help lay the vinyl back down if you have one handy.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.
Duplicate Orders

If you don't reach out to us to let us know immediately that you accident placed an order twice, your order will get shipped. When you order it starts the process of getting your order ready and packaged to be sent to you in a timely manner.

Missing a piece from your order.

We have a great team, however, my team is still human. We can make a mistake. Double-check your order, vinyl that is rolled tight is bad for getting stuck together.

Due to the high shipping cost, and extremely low-profit margins we will not be able to reship an item or items that were left out of your package or sent the wrong style or color. However, we will ship the missing items in your next order you place.

Returns or refunds are also not accepted if you didn't change the color of vinyl you wanted. You must click on the color you want and then add it to the cart. You have the chance to review your cart before checking out. We are also not responsible if you only put 1 piece of vinyl in your cart and checked out thinking you ordered 10.

The prices listed on this website are for online orders only. In store prices are slightly more. To get these great deals you must order online and have your order shipped.
