Policies and Disclaimers for Vinyl Me Now
- We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen if you did not choose our protection plan. The protection plan is automatically added to your cart at check out. If you remove it or turn it off, we cannot help you with your package.
- If your order is damaged or the box is in bad shape, you need to file a claim with the shipping company or with us if you bought shipping protection. If you got a few sheets of vinyl that are not perfect, here is our policy: You have to cut up the sheets that you cannot use and send us pictures before we can reship or refund you. We will decide what to do on a case by case basis.
- Lost package? We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier. VinylMeNow.com only guarantees orders until they leave our facility. Once you get the tracking number, it is up to you and the shipping company to make sure the package arrives safely. Sometimes USPS has delays and it can take up to 2 weeks or more to deliver a package. A package is not considered lost until it has no scan for 7 business days. - If your order shows as delivered but you don’t have it, you need to contact your local post office. If your order is damaged, you need to file a claim with the shipping company. See Damage Info for more details.
- -Shipping Info- We will ship your order within 3 business days after you place it. If you order on Friday-Sunday, we will ship it on Monday or Tuesday. If your order has printed patterns, it may take up to 4 business days to ship because we print them ourselves. If we are out of stock, we will ship your order within 2 days after we get more supplies. We will email and call you on the fourth business day after you order to let you know if this happens. You can choose a different item if you want.
- -Shipping Info- USPS may have delays during the Holiday season. We ship your order as soon as possible, but we can’t control how fast the post office delivers it. Holidays and the pandemic can slow down the mail. If you pay for priority, your box will have a priority label. But we can’t promise it will arrive in 2-3 days, even if the label says so. We use USPS guide to ship your order by Christmas, but sometimes it may not happen. We do our best to get your order to you on time.
- You will get a shipment confirmation from Shopify when we ship your package. If you don’t get it, please check your junk/spam folder. You can also sign up for USPS Informed Delivery to track your package. [USPS Informed Delivery].
- We may print your label before we ship your package. If we miss the mail pick up, we will ship it the next business day. Packages that we pack and label on Friday after the mail runs will go out on Monday.
- Our handling time does not include the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your package. You will get an estimated delivery date when the carrier scans your package. We understand that you have deadlines, but we are not in charge of the shipping time and we will not refund your order if it is late. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but sometimes there are delays that we can’t control.
- Please make sure your address is correct and updated. If you pay with PayPal, please check your address there too. We can’t change your address after we ship your order. We will only ship to the address you enter when you check out on PayPal or our website. Our website prints the address you enter. We can’t change it for you. If you need to change your address, we will cancel and refund your order minus our cancellation fee. If we have already packed your order but not shipped it, we will also charge you a restocking fee. If we have already shipped your order, we can’t do anything. We suggest you contact USPS. If they return your order to us, we will refund you minus our shipping cost or you can pay extra to have us resend your order to the right address.
- Please follow the instructions for your cutting machine to set the appropriate settings. We cannot refund or replace any vinyl that has been damaged due to user mistakes or machine issues. This includes cutting too deep or too shallow, mirroring or not mirroring the design when required (for printed HTV).
- The size of your sheets and rolls may not be exact. They can be half an inch bigger or smaller than what you expect. This is because the rolls we get from our suppliers are not always consistent. This affects the size of the vinyl sheets we cut for you.
- The vinyl you purchase is sold as it is. We care about the quality of our product and we want you to have amazing projects, but we hand-cut a lot of the vinyl and sometimes the edge of the vinyl shows that. This will not affect how the vinyl cuts.
- Check the description of each product for instructions.
- We reserve the right to reject any website errors, expired sales, or unused coupon codes. If you see a coupon code on Facebook or email after you place an order, we will not give you a refund for the coupon amount! We do our best to share these codes with everyone, but once your order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes, such as adding a coupon/promo code to your order. If you are disappointed that you missed it, we suggest you sign up for our emails and follow us on Facebook to stay updated.
- We roll our vinyl for easier shipping. This may cause some corners to bend, but this is normal and we do our best to protect your order. For more details, check our return policy
- The colors you see may be different from the real ones. This is because different computer monitors show colors differently and people see colors differently too.
- Our team is great, but they are human and can make mistakes.
- Vinyl that is rolled tight can stick together. Make sure you separate them.
- We cannot reship any items that we forgot or sent wrong because of the high shipping cost and low profit. But we will send them with your next order.
- You did not choose the color of vinyl you wanted by the menu not by the picture. You have to click on the color and add it to the cart. You can review your cart before you check out.
- You ordered only 1 piece of vinyl instead of 10. You have to check the quantity before you check out.
- Please review your cart carefully before you check out. Make sure you have selected the right color and quantity of vinyl for your order. We do not accept returns or refunds for any mistakes made by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Tunnels are gaps between the sticker vinyl and the paper backing. They happen when the vinyl and the paper shrink or stretch at different speeds. This is more common in cold weather. If you see tunnels when you unroll the sticker vinyl, you can fix them by doing this:
- Peel off the vinyl from the paper backing, starting from one side.
- Slowly put the vinyl back on the paper backing, smoothing it out as you go.
- You can use a squeegee to press the vinyl down if you have one.
- We will give you a partial refund for the parts of the vinyl that you cannot use. We will decide how much to refund based on how much vinyl is still good. We will not refund you for corners that are bent or gaps between the vinyl and the paper.

The prices on this website are only for online orders. In store prices are a bit higher. To get these great deals, you have to order online and get your order shipped.
